You can get a refund or exchange on faulty items on any purchase made online within 14 days of receipt*. Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original payment card only.
Returns procedure
To return an item purchased online, by phone or by mail, you can send your items to:

All returns are your responsibility until they reach us. Use a registered postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.
To improve the processing of your returned item(s)
- Items must be returned in their original condition with proof of purchase.
- Ensure the goods are repackaged in their original packaging.
- Include the following details with your return; order details, reason for return.
Your refund will be issued once the return has been received. Please allow up to 30 days for your account to be credited if you paid using a debit or credit card via Paypal, and 3-5 days to a Paypal account.
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, I will refund you the original delivery charge in addition to the returns delivery charge. Please retain proof of postage.
Items will not be accepted if an item is just unwanted.
